Hi, I’m Paulina — a Christian, wife, mom, and operator at heart.
I’m a leadership advisor and faith-driven entrepreneur who helps business owners and families build systems and habits that bring order, freedom, and growth into every part of life.
As a Chair for C12 North Texas, I lead CEO and Key Player peer groups where Christian business leaders grow in wisdom, accountability, and eternal purpose. I blend practical strategy with spiritual depth to help leaders align their goals with Kingdom impact.
I’m also the Co-Founder of TransformCXO, a team of fractional COOs and Integrators who partner with business owners to bring structure, clarity, and accountability so their companies can scale in a healthy way.
Before this chapter, I spent more than a decade supporting founders and executive teams through operational design, leadership transitions, and steady growth. One belief has guided me through it all. Strong businesses create steady leaders, and steady leaders build strong families.
I also created Together Grown™, a family alignment system that helps high-achieving couples and parents bring structure and intention into their homes.
