Paulina Walters is a leadership coach and C12 Chair serving CEOs and senior leaders across North Texas.
Originally from El Paso, Texas, Paulina built her career by stepping into chaotic, high-growth environments and bringing clarity, structure, and leader development to the table. Over the last decade, she has served dozens of CEOs and leadership teams, guiding them through strategic planning, EOS® implementation, operational optimization, and the transition from owner-dependent to leader-run organizations.
In her primary role with C12, she facilitates peer advisory forums and coaches Christian CEOs on integrating faith and business in a way that transforms both their companies and their personal leadership.
Paulina is also the Co-Founder of TransformCXO, a fractional COO and exit-planning firm that equips established business owners with strategic leadership, operational excellence, and owner-independence.
Outside of her work with CEOs, Paulina is the visionary behind Together Grown™, a family alignment system designed to help families build intentional rhythms, values, and long-term legacy—bringing the same principles she teaches leaders into the home.
Paulina lives in Allen, Texas with, her husband Stephen and their two children, Noah and Mila. Her work is rooted in a belief that business leadership and family leadership are inseparable callings, and when both are aligned, owners flourish, teams grow, and families thrive.
