Hi, I’m Paulina.

I serve as a CEO coach and leadership advisor in Dallas, working with business owners and executives who want to build strong companies without losing what matters most.

I didn’t set out to become a CEO coach.
I set out to help leaders and teams make things work — especially when the stakes were high and the path wasn’t obvious.

Over time, I kept finding myself working with business owners carrying immense responsibility: employees, customers, families, and outcomes that affected entire communities.

From the outside, many of these companies looked successful.
Inside, the leaders were often isolated, overloaded, and short on honest perspective.

That’s when I realized most CEOs don’t need more information — they need trusted counsel and the right room.

Today, I serve leaders across North Texas as a CEO coach in Dallas, helping them step back, see clearly, and lead with intention.

What I Do

I work with CEOs, founders, and senior executives who are building serious businesses and want their success to mean something.

Through CEO forums, advisory relationships, and executive coaching in Dallas, I help leaders:

  • Strengthen their companies without becoming trapped inside them

  • Build leadership teams that carry real responsibility

  • Navigate growth, transition, or complexity

  • Make decisions aligned with their values and long-term vision

  • Protect family and personal health while leading at a high level

My work is practical, grounded, and deeply relational.
No hype. No formulas. Just honest guidance for leaders making consequential decisions.

My Journey & Expertise

Before this work, I spent years inside organizations as an operational leader and fractional COO, helping teams execute, solve problems, and scale sustainably.

Today I serve as:

  • A C12 Chair facilitating CEO peer groups in Dallas

  • A fractional COO / Integrator advisor

  • A leadership facilitator for executive teams

  • A trusted sounding board for owners making high-stakes decisions

I’ve worked with leaders across industries — from professional services to manufacturing to growth-stage companies — all facing the same reality: leadership is heavier than it looks.

Outside the Boardroom

I’m a wife and a mom first — roles that matter far more to me than any professional title.

My family keeps me grounded in what leadership is ultimately for:
not status or achievement, but stewardship, relationships, and legacy.

We live in North Texas, where life is full, imperfect, and deeply meaningful.

Based in North Texas, I work with CEOs and business leaders throughout Dallas, Collin County, and the surrounding region.

Leadership doesn’t have to be a solo endeavor.

If you’re exploring whether a CEO coach, peer group, or trusted advisory relationship could change how you lead, that conversation starts here.
